Israel, Palestine, Zionism -- Where Do We Go From Here?

Like American Jews everywhere, TVO members have differing views on Israel, Palestine and categorizing ourselves in terms of Zionism. On Sunday afternoon, We invite congregants to gather in the synagogue for a time of talking, listening, and gentle discussion. This event will kick off a series of Israel + Palestine programs, which will include guest speakers and discussions.

For our initial program, we will focus on discussing the Jewish Tent at a Crossroads program from January 6. It will also be a time to reflect on the programs TVO hosted this fall: Atalya Ben-Aba, Peter Beinart, and Alice Rothchild (videos are available at www.tikkunvor.org).

Our goal on February 8 is to provide a judgement-free time and place for airing thoughts, deep listening, learning, and coming together with love.
