Our tallit making journey is continuing in November!! We met the sheep and cleaned and washed a wool fleece. We are ready to take the next steps.
There will be periodic workshops throughout the year that will culminate in having made your own tallit. You can come to one workshop or you can attend all of them. There are now two workshops coming up at Tikkun v'Or, open to TVO members and families. No experience necessary.
These workshops are open to TVO members and families (children 11 and older). We especially encourage the vav and zayin students to attend this!
We will be under the guidance of Rachael Skye, a member of the Black Sheep Handspinners Guild of Ithaca.
